Homeward Isle: Merge & Story, by Lijian. Last updated November 3, 2026.

Summary

The game has no accounts and no chat. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or photos. We do not run a server that receives your gameplay data. Optional rewarded ads are provided through Unity LevelPlay, which collects data as described below.

Data kept on your device

Your progress and a record of how you play (such as chapter reached, orders completed, buttons used and time played) are stored on your device, tied to a random ID created there. These records are not sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.

Ads

You can choose to watch a video ad for an in-game reward. Ads are provided by Unity Technologies through Unity LevelPlay, using ad networks such as Unity Ads and ironSource Ads. To show and measure ads, Unity and these networks may collect your IP address and approximate location (such as country), device identifiers (including the advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking), an app installation ID, device details (such as language, model, screen size and connection type), how you use the game and interact with ads, in-app purchase activity, and performance data. It may use this data for advertising and analytics, including personalized ads where permitted.

Unity handles this data under its own Game Player and App User Privacy Policy, which explains how long it keeps data and your rights. The Data Privacy icon inside a Unity ad lets you view data collected for this game, opt out of further collection and request deletion. The game asks your permission before allowing tracking on iPhone. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Purchases

If the game offers in-app purchases, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment details.

Keeping and deleting data

We do not hold your data on our own servers, so there is nothing for us to delete there. To delete what is on your device, delete the game. For data collected for ads, use the options above.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If the game starts collecting or sharing different data, we will update this page and its date before that version is released.
